Business valuation as a discipline is subject to constant evolution. The 2019 annual conference aims to keep you informed of some of the changes and some of the constants in business valuation.
We will continue with plenary sessions dealing with the art of communicating numbers, the skills needed for the valuation of intangible assets, and the challenges of being an expert witness.
After lunch the conference recognises that we are a community with a broad range of interests; there will therefore be alternative streams for those interested in complex listed companies and those whose main focus is on family companies.
We will close with a plenary session covering the practical experiences of undertaking a corporate transactions.
