This event will look back at the first year since the whiplash reforms came into force and the new Official Injury Claim (OIC) portal was launched on 31 May 2021. It will be a chance to look forward to future developments in the area of whiplash reform and the challenges and opportunities on the horizon. Delegates will hear reflections on the journey of whiplash reform so far from Government, industry and other stakeholders, understand their viewpoints on current trends and explore their diverse perspectives on what the future might look like.
