This summit focuses on female empowerment and is aimed not only at businesses but also at young people, students and students of schools and universities. The protagonists are the Italian female excellences , who have distinguished themselves in different fields and work contexts, companies, institutions, foundations, who with their experience and their stories are able to inspire the Women at the Top of tomorrow.

This event offers the opportunity to bring out women who have succeeded and are succeeding in their small or large way to leave a mark in companies, in research, in institutions, in society, and, therefore, contribute to the growth of the Italian economic panorama. It will therefore be the occasion to tell your own gentle revolution in the world of work and in society. The event, in its second edition, celebrates women and their successes.

This is important not only for the mere promotion of female excellence, but because it gives these women the opportunity to be an example for the new generations who want to undertake a similar professional path, against all stereotypes , and who often find themselves without clear role models, especially when they are called upon to make professional choices that inevitably have a strong impact on their lives. These excellences can be a source of inspiration for young people so that the gender gap , still so strongly rooted in society, can increasingly be a condition of the past.
