The Womensphere Emerging Leaders Summit: CREATE THE FUTURE is a premier convening of emerging leaders across America, and brings together an inspiring community of change-makers, innovators, educators, and creators who are dedicated to unleashing their potential, and to creating positive impact in their workplace, communities, and society.

WHO SHOULD JOIN THE SUMMIT
We invite the participation of emerging leaders and innovators across companies, organizations, academic institutions, government, NGOs, the startup community, and social enterprises, for whom the purpose and themes of the Summit resonate. We also invite the participation of established and experienced leaders who want to connect with emerging leaders, and who want to mentor and join as Global Expert Mentors (GEMs).
We invite Companies and Organizations to send Delegates who are:
Managers, young professionals, and pre-executive leaders working in business, technology, innovation, R&D, brand, marketing, diversity, inclusion, corporate citizenship, women’s networks, and women’s markets.
Delegates who are nominated for the Top 100 Womensphere Emerging Leaders (awards in March 2019)
Delegates who are signed up for the Womensphere Emerging Leaders Fellowship

We have a strong focus on empowering women and advancing women as leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators, so we specially encourage emerging women leaders to apply.

At the same time, the Womensphere Emerging Leaders Summit is also focused on cultivating a community that includes and empowers men and emerging leaders of all gender expressions, to join forces in creating a better future, so we invite the participation of men and emerging leaders of all gender expressions for whom the purpose and theme of the Summit resonate.
