Nowadays, artificial intelligence is developing rapidly in the world, and more and more “smart” applications are appearing in life. For example, the latest technology of artificial intelligence is integrated into the fields of medical care, education, and justice. Research in this area includes robotics, speech recognition, image recognition, natural language processing, and expert systems. Since the birth of artificial intelligence, the theory and technology have become more and more mature, and the application fields have been expanding. It is conceivable that the technological products brought by artificial intelligence in the future will affect all aspects of human beings.

We hope that this conference will attract a large number of delegates from all over the world contributing to very high quality technical sessions. It also aims to:
