After the successful Innovation Workshop in Bangkok in 2017, WSBI is taking another deep dive look on the rapid developments in Asia in banking transformation and financial technology.
How are new technologies impacting the customer, the regulatory framework and banking in general? How are banks coping with the need to embrace new business models and technologies to enhance the customer experience and offering for consumers and SMEs? What can we learn from newcomers on how to best harness the opportunities of FinTech (financial technology)?
The Workshop will showcase insights and learnings on innovation best practices and give ample room for debates and discussions among participants.
