With an extensive background in law, finance, tax, and regulatory consulting, Robert has built a career at the intersection of innovation and expertise. After earning his law degree, Robert began his career at KPMG, where he specialized in corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, and multi-state tax product development and implementation. In 1998, Robert was asked to join BDO Seidman to lead the company’s Los Angeles State and Local Tax practice. During this time, he successfully developed a number of regulatory data solutions, implemented several high-profile corporate reorganizations, and created new tax products and strategies utilized by banks and multinational corporations.
