Mr. Favilla has 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and executive leadership. He also has a depth of industry experience in the residential, commercial and industrial fluid handling markets, which serve a wide audience including plumbers, contractors, engineers and homebuilders. Mr. Favilla is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and is known for his ability to develop high-performing cross-functional teams that develop new leaders and exceed organizational objectives.
