A top Gaming Company, is looking for an Associate Content Producer to join their team for a 3 month contract. This will be fully remote but you must live in the U.S and be comfortable working PST hours.

The Associate Content Producer will support Creative Marketing projects as they move from intake, through ideation, and creative development, to completion. You’ll help content development initiatives for Marketing, focused on owned and operated channels, social media, digital advertising for user acquisition, motion graphics, and video content. You’ll support our internal teams and partners through our workflows, processes, and best practices, promoting productivity and efficiency across creative development.

Responsibilities:

Work with an internal content creation team, including copywriters, designers, artists, and video editors, to deliver best-in-class marketing creative.
Support project comms with meaningful and actionable results, mitigate risk, follow through on milestones and project statuses.
Develop and maintain project timelines, allocating resources, and balancing effort across teams effectively to meet deadlines.
Secure approval of creative concepts, ensuring stakeholder feedback is addressed and aligns with the marketing strategy.
Manage project effort, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to balance existing, and upcoming projects in queue, across internal and external resources.
Maintain high standards of creative excellence and quality control throughout the production process including ESRB Compliance.
Stay informed on gaming industry trends, emerging tools, ESRB Compliance and 1st party platform updates.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a producer/project manager role in a creative environment – preferably advertising/design agency, game developer or entertainment studio.
Experience using cloud based Project Management software.
Knowledge of digital content creative development for 1st party platforms, static, video and motion graphics.
Service-oriented attitude with the ability to develop, grow and maintain strong relationships with individuals, teams and departments.
Strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with varying degrees of complexity.
A love of video games.
Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential matters.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, G-Suite as well as Adobe Acrobat.
