In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of internal and external marketing communication strategy in Motion System Drives in the United States.
You will collaborate on the marketing communication strategy and executes tradeshow, event, and communication activities, including planning, execution, and reporting. The goal of this role is driving demand generation through marketing communication tactics.

Your responsibilities
Create, manage, support, and execute marketing communication projects and tactics with high detail and accuracy from start to finish
Participate in the development, organization, and/or distribution of content for US team in coordination with Product Management, sales, and marketing communications, including but not limited to monthly internal US newsletters, webinars, etc.
Develop and implement local marketing automation campaigns for US market
Monitor and report on metrics related to marketing automation programs, Analyze campaign results to identify necessary course corrections
Oversee participation at trade shows/events
Support factory with videos, signage, messaging, local events, and community support. Create local marketing support collateral using Adobe InDesign templates and/or working with approved vendors to create sales and support collateral
Ensure messaging is consistent with branding guidelines. Ensure GDPR(General Data Protection Regulation) requirements are met
Your background
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience working in marketing or communications with experience translating technical subject material into compelling stories required
Travel as per business needs up to 25% required
Understanding of buying behaviors, points of influence, path(s) to decision making and marketing to customer needs through identified value proposition highly preferred
Strong understanding of marketing and various marketing concept and related tools such as marketing automation, lead management, public relations/traditional media, social media platforms, digital marketing, etc highly preferred
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Bizzabo, Apsis One, Pardot, and Salesforce highly preferred
Experience planning and executing events, ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities as well as working well independently or in a team highly preferred
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
