Sales Account Executive

The Audience Team has an Account Executive position in the Sales Center reporting to the Sales Manager of Circulation Sales. As an Inside AE you are responsible for renewing individual and bulk subscriptions from current and former customers primarily via phone. In addition, you will need to master systems, processes, products and procedures. Overall, this Account Executive position’s primary responsibility will be selling subscriptions, handling customer service requests promptly, dispositioning leads appropriately, and engaging with customers leveraging a service-based selling approach. This role requires a high degree of comfort and expertise in telephone sales to reach and interact with customers around the country.
