At the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) (https://www.aihr.com/), we’re looking for seasoned remote freelance writers with knowledge of HR to contribute to our Blog (https://www.aihr.com/blog/) and HR Glossary (https://www.aihr.com/hr-glossary/), preferably as a long-term collaboration.
AIHR is the world’s leading online training platform for Human Resources professionals. You’ll be writing content for a large audience of HR professionals from all over the world, educating them on topics like recruitment, HRM, learning & development, HR analytics, digital HR, and more.
What will you do?
Write well-researched, in-depth, long-form articles or shorter HR glossary entries on HR-related topics based on our briefs and editorial guidelines;
Help us update and improve existing content based on detailed instructions from our editors;
Collaborate with our editors on the content, style, and structure.

Have strong communication skills to effectively work in a remote setting;
