JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and write knowledge base articles, with a focus on Travel and Expense and procurement/sourcing processes.
Transform existing content, including quick reference guides, into ServiceNow knowledge base articles for seamless accessibility.
Collaborate with process owners to understand and articulate complex processes clearly and concisely for internal use.
Develop visually engaging content for the intranet, encompassing quick reference guides, slide decks, and instructional materials.
Execute content governance and strategy, refreshing and rebranding materials as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven content creation and copywriting experience, and Experience or familiarity with procure-to-pay processes.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Google products, and collaboration tools, with a bonus for experience in Slack.
Ability to distill complex processes into clear, concise content for various audiences.
Proficiency in transforming content into different formats, including ServiceNow knowledge base articles.
Strong organizational and project management skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
