As part of a global communications team, this role reports to the Director, Public Affairs & Communication (CA&C), Americas/Brighton, and is responsible for providing communications support in the Sunrise market by leveraging various communication channels to inform and engage local colleagues. This role also provides communications support, as needed, for the Global Services Group (GSG). GSG delivers extraordinary care to our Card Members, merchants, and commercial clients around the world, while providing world-class credit, collections, and fraud services, as well as several shared internal services that help to power American Express.
