The Associate Video Producer produces, shoots and edits site and social videos across our platforms, specializing in — but not limited to — TikTok. This position both shoots and edits their own content as well as edits content delivered from culinary producers and lifestyle editors. A successful candidate will know how to conceptualize, edit, and produce content that grows and engages our audiences, while strengthening our brand recognition. A passion for food, home, and social platforms, like TikTok and Instagram, is a must. This role will report to the Video Producer, Social.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce, shoot and edit content for social platforms, including innovative TikTok-first videos
Collaborate across teams to develop platform-specific video ideas and formats
Utilize graphic elements in videos when necessary, ensuring they are optimized for each platform and audience
Report and manage data for TikTok and Instagram where needed
Work with Culinary Producers to create TikTok-first food videos and develop their social personas on our brand accounts
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
3 years experience shooting, producing, and editing social videos
Experience producing, shooting, and editing high-quality long form horizontal videos for online use
In-depth knowledge of the digital food landscape, as it relates to social media platforms
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop
Thrives in a start-up environment and can oversee multiple priorities
Must be a team player and excellent collaborator
On-camera experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience
Salary Range: $65,000 - 70,000
