Apex Cannabis Marketing is looking for experienced writers with SEO Experience.

Qualified candidates should possess the necessary skills to review/edit or write attention-grabbing, useful, high-quality, and original pieces related to cannabis industry trends, medical, recreational, and devices.

Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

Writers will produce well-researched content on assigned topics.

Article length ranges from 1,500 to 2,500 words.

No AI-assisted writing, must be hand written.

Applicants should have a working knowledge of grammar software like Grammarly or Microsoft Editor.

Understand how to rewrite an article to improve SEO rankings.

Responsibilities

Create original content 1,500 – 2,500 words per article.
Update and use project management software
Source high-quality experts to provide background information and quotes for our lists and reviews.
Research new products, new trends and information to make sure we’re making the best recommendations to our readers.
Implement SEO writing techniques.
Research long-tail keywords.
Suggest Image Ideas to go with articles such as infographics or featured image
Grammar check written content.
Follow the latest SEO updates and trends.

Qualifications

Preferred 1-3 years writing content. (Provide examples)
Preferred Proficiency in AHREfs, WordPress, SEO Writing tools, and Google Docs
Include recent writing samples with your C.V. and cover letter.
Adaptive writing sytle based on client, content piece, and what Google is looking for

Job Types: Contractor

Salary: Is based on how many words are completed each month. Writers make between .15 to .20 cents per word, depending on the quality of work/experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
