Rate of pay: £38 - £45,000 dependent on experience

About the Role:
We aspire to be the most community-focussed PR agency in the active lifestyle sector. We require an individual who can take this agency service and workstream to the next level, building and executing a community strategy for our clients and for Aspire.
We are seeking an individual who is able to build the right connections for clients and the agency and is pivotal to the success of our holistic client work and agency development. We are looking for a Community Manager with a passion for connecting people to brands.
Our community building emphasis is on the active lifestyle and movement space; you will need to have an existing passion for active lifestyle and already be connected in the community. You’ll bring a positive energy and fresh thinking, and approach all aspects of your role with enthusiasm, inspiring and motivating your colleagues in the process. Our core agency values must be your personal and professional values.
Overarching skills required:
Profile matching – ensuring creators/talent are perfectly matched to the client brief or target persona
Social media and PR know-how
Managing deliverables, project timelines and contracts
Build community and connection online and offline
Collaboration with wider agency team for integrated campaign work
