Who we are and what we do
John Murray Press comprises John Murray, Hodder Faith, John Murray Learning, Two Roads, Nicholas Brealey and Jessica Kingsley Publishing. The Division aims to publish books of excellence and lasting value, catering to their particular readership and written by authors with passion and expertise.

Hodder & Stoughton was founded in 1868 as a Christian publisher and from the beginning sought to publish the highest quality commercial material for that market. The imprint Hodder Faith started in 2007. Now part of Hachette UK, one of the largest publishing groups in the UK, we aim to reach as wide an audience as possible with thought-provoking, inspiring and challenging Christian books. Our books cover a wide range of topics including testimony, apologetics, Christian lifestyle, fiction, leadership and social justice. With massive changes in how people are reading and accessing resources, we are seizing opportunities to use digital technology, with all new titles available in eBook format - as well as the NIV Bible. We are excited about the possibilities these new platforms will bring for readers and authors in the future.
