Axios is a thriving, fast-growing media organization dedicated to providing trustworthy, award-winning news in an audience-first format. After successfully launching daily newsletters in 24 cities, we are expanding Axios Local to six more cities before year’s end. We are hiring two Associate Editors to help support the production of these daily newsletters! (Please note: This role is remote, but there is a strong preference for candidates on the west coast or located in Texas.) This individual will work with Local Reporters in each market, and other senior newsroom leadership to guide Axios’ coverage of local news, connecting the dots between local, national, and global developments to make readers aware of the narratives shaping their lives in their local communities.
