B2B Reporter

Salary: £45,000 per annum plus company benefits

Due to a recent internal promotion, our client has an exciting opportunity for a Reporter to join a small team within the Editorial department of a large data intelligence organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

· Conducting thorough investigations and crafting thought-provoking news articles and analyses tailored for the digital platform

· Crafting comprehensive articles and conducting interviews with Key Opinion Leaders (KOP) and professionals in the industry

· Initiating story ideas and fostering connections within the industry to develop a robust network of contacts

· Participating in video content and podcasts as a prominent voice in the field

· Attending international industry events through travel to gather first-hand information and insights

· Playing an active role in enhancing social media presence and expanding the multimedia platform's capabilities.

Essential skills:

· 12 months paid experience in a reporter role for a B2B or financial services title or publication

· Familiarity with content management systems such as Sitecore or similar

· Excellent editorial abilities, capable of producing polished content within tight deadlines

· Possession of a BA honours degree

· Self-motivated and quick learner, capable of grasping industry-wide issues

· Proficient in the MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks

· Collaborative team player with a positive and motivating attitude, encouraging cross-functional teamwork throughout the organisation
