Freelance Journalists

We’re looking for talented, flexible journalists to join our pool of freelancers at BBC Radio York, BBC Radio Humberside, BBC Radio Sheffield and BBC Radio Leeds. The four stations are part of the BBC Local Radio network. We require freelance journalists to cover project work, leave, weekends and other ad-hoc reasons. Whether it’s creating content for our social media platforms, reading bulletins, reporting, producing programmes or making podcasts, we’d love to hear from you.
