Social Media Editor – Canadian Channels

A Social Media Editor who will be responsible for maintaining the Company’s Canadian social media channels from our office based in New Jersey.

You will be a Canadian localisation editor with experience of editing digital platforms and generating creative content.

You will be creating and implementing content, competitions and campaigns across a variety of digital platforms, as well as supporting customers online with their betting and account queries.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred skills and experience

Excellent standard of written Canadian English.
Experience of editing social media platforms.
In depth knowledge and a passion for sports, in particular Canadian sports.
Good communication skills.
A basic understanding of sports betting industry.

Main Responsibilities

Creating and sharing content on social media platforms including X previously Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Monitoring and responding to customer activity on social media platforms.
Developing and consistently maintaining the bet365 social media voice and style.
Proposing, delivering and analysing social media campaigns, initiatives, advertising and promotions.
Creating activity calendars and schedules.
