This is a full-time, permanent entry-level job in Bakersfield, 100 miles north of Los Angeles.

The person we hire will be able to write news stories for television and for our webpage in flawless Spanish. He or she will be able to read Spanish aloud.
The job requires English fluency for the successful candidate to interact with English-only colleagues on our sister station, KGET NBC/Bakersfield.
Telemundo Bakersfield broadcasts two hours of local news every weekday. Our station is owned by Nexstar Media Group and provides industry standard wages and benefits.
Pay for this job is $16 - $17 per hour.
