We are seeking someone with a strong network of sources who is competitive at covering daily breaking news as well as adept at pulling together enterprising stories that paint the big picture for a global audience. You will be responsible for staying on top of the often fast-paced Thai political developments, policy announcements that will impact businesses, markets and the economy. The role also requires you to break news of commodities from rubber to rice and sugar, which Thailand dominates as a producer and exporter. You will help cover some of the Thai companies at the forefront of embracing new technologies in pursuit of carbon neutrality in the coming decades while expanding their global footprints. You have a collaborative attitude and embrace an all-hands-on deck approach. You are eager to explore the best ways to tell a story, be it through a long-form article, a chart or a video package.
