We’re looking for interns who are passionate about telling stories and will seize the opportunity to learn from our award-winning journalists. During the 10-week paid internship in our Jakarta office, you’ll gain hands on reporting experience, conduct exclusive interviews, dig into data and collaborate with colleagues in our bureaus across the world.
You'll need to have:

Working rights for the full duration of the summer internship (June - August 2024)
Students graduated/graduating between 2023 to 2025 with a minimum of Bachelor's degree
A demonstrated interest in journalism through extracurricular activities or prior experience
Demonstration of strong interest in finance/financial news
Strong curiosity, a keen interest to learn about the world and uncover surprises
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Business level proficiency in written and spoken English
Business level proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia to assist with coverage of Indonesia markets
