Bloomberg TV is seeking an interviews producer to join our team, based in our London office. Interviews play a critical role in our daily programming. You will be responsible for working with New York-based producers on our 10am UK / 5am ET program "Bloomberg Brief" to book editorially relevant guests and produce interview segments for a live show.
We'll trust you to:
Develop relationships with newsmakers, external communications representatives, and senior Bloomberg stakeholders
Communicate effectively to give guidance and direction to anchors, reporters and other staff
Represent Bloomberg at external events and produce interviews on-site
Handle all aspects of the guest experience including production logistics
Respond to breaking news with a sense of urgency
You'll need to have:
Experience in a similar booking role and an established list of contacts
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
An interest in business news and the financial markets
Ability to work under pressure
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Flexibility with hours
