The ideal candidate has 8+ years editing both long and short-form documentaries. They must have a complete understanding of the post-production process and an impressive resume demonstrating their work with modern journalism outlets. The candidate must be an expert with Adobe Premiere, and proficient in After Effects, Photoshop. This person must also be able to work individually, as well as in a team environment, where communication and transparency is key. Additionally, this person must be fluent in all aspects of a modern post-production workflow, including dynamically linked assets, various server protocols, proxy creation, and media management. The ideal candidate is also a leader - educating others, researching new technologies, and constantly raising the bar on content production.
