We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator and Social Media Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging and compelling content across various social media channels, developing social content strategy and activations, monitoring performance, and creating and scheduling content across multiple social channels. Your primary goal will be to enhance our brand presence, attract and engage our target audience, and play a pivotal part in the brand marketing team.

Reporting into the Brand Manager / Senior Social Media Executive the role is carried out in support of the overall marketing strategy and goals. This involves closely liaising with the creative and brand team to ensure content is social-first and in keeping with our brand identity.

Requirements

Content Creation: Develop high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with our brand's voice and values.
Coordinate content across all social media channels: including scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and engaging manner.
Assist with generating creative ideas for social first-content including campaign assets, real-time videos and copy.
Assists Senior Social Media executive with campaign projects, events, and community management.
Proactively interact with our online community, build relationships with followers, and participate in relevant discussions to foster a loyal and active audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that promote our products and campaigns effectively.
Stay updated with the latest social media and content marketing trends, analyse performance metrics, and implement insights to optimise content and engagement strategies.
Monitor competitor activity and social trends on a weekly basis to ensure brand remains relevant.
Ensure that all content aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style across platforms.
Analyse and report on success on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis including future recommendations to test.
Implement basic SEO techniques in content creation to improve organic reach and visibility.
