business.com is looking for experienced business writers with a deep knowledge base in one of the following topic areas: business news; marketing; human resources; technology; or finance. This is for a newsletter product with a pop-culture-savvy and fun voice, so experience in the newsletter and/or entertainment space is helpful. Additionally, there will be opportunities to interview executives, authors, academics, and other experts, so Q&A experience is a big plus. Our content is used to inform business owners how to grow their operations, answering basic questions on the processes and products they need to take their businesses to the next level. Additionally, we cover emerging trends, innovative campaigns, TV series and movies with business themes, and surprising products. Freelance writers will write short, original, clever, and expert-level articles on these topics, working closely with the editors to ensure every piece is polished and ready for publication. Assignments vary in length. Rates to be discussed on a per project basis.
