Tech Commerce Editor

This position will operate on a remote, freelance basis.

Are you an experienced editor with a passion for everything tech related?

We are currently looking for a Commerce Editor (Full-Time) to edit and guide the direction of our Buyer's Guides, and Deals operations.

Our team is constantly scouring the Internet for the latest mobile, smart home, and computing news, sharing tips, tricks, tutorials, videos, and podcasts, reviewing devices, apps, and games, and keeping track of custom ROMs and hacks.

Job Responsibilities

Overseeing the commerce content and maintaining author relations.
Fielding buyer's guides, collections, comparison, and deals pitches, as well as editing and reviewing the work of authors.
Ensuring deadlines are met.
Working with the E-I-C to advance the overall mission of the site.

Applicants must have a self-starter attitude and possess the following requirements:

Relevant experience in editing (2+ years) in the English language
Expert knowledge of technology products
Comfortable using a non-basic CMS
Full-time availability on a freelance basis
Must reside in the U.S. or Canada, or in countries within a few hours of the EST time zone
