Campaign and Communications Manager

We are looking for a leader, or aspiring leader, who has the experience and confidence to plan and implement communications activity that supports a range of operational and organisational priorities. You will need to be a self-starter, able to quickly grasp new projects or priorities, or refresh and refine an existing approach. You’ll need to build excellent relationships with all levels of the Coffee#1 team, as well as with stakeholders within the wider Group. You’ll be skilled in conceiving, developing and implementing communication plans for both employee and consumer audiences as well as comfortable with leading the evolution of the Coffee#1 Public Relations plan. The ability to focus on the fulfilment of communication objectives and critically to communicate these succinctly will be fundamental to success in the role. You will constantly on the lookout for opportunities to share best practice, support your colleagues including with their Learning and Development. You will take active steps to contribute to our shared commitment to Inclusion, Diversity and Equality (IDE). You will bring energy, purpose, and new ideas to our mission and clarity and precision to our internal and external communication. 45 hours a week, minimum 3 days a week in the office, which has it's own Coffee#1 Kiosk on site.
