Communications Manager, Chief of Staff Team

We’re looking for an amazing communications leader to join our team and create comprehensive communications strategies for leaders within the Retail Bank & Premium Card Products businesses. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications that connect leaders and their teams to the bold business goals ahead. Our work directly supports business programs and initiatives and helps cultivate the best associate experience ever. By joining our team, you’ll be expected to push the envelope, find a better way and strive to do the extraordinary. We’re a relatively new team with incredible promise. We’re on a journey to know our associates better, connect leaders in new ways and create the most meaningful communications in an effort to increase associate engagement and drive value for our businesses. We’re looking for a team player to help us chart that course. This leadership role offers the opportunity to be a part of exciting, transforming space within Capital One and provide undeniable value to growing businesses. You’ll have the opportunity to build and execute the communications strategy that strengthens belief in and commitment to our Bank and Card businesses. You’ll actively measure our channels for effectiveness and develop content based on business strategies. Additionally, you’ll support large scale projects, events and internal campaigns.
