Serves as the lead communications contact for multiple geographies, lines of business, or departments. Oversees both strategy and development of complex and higher profile internal and/or external communication materials (e.g. newsletters, press releases, internet/intranet pages, presentations, email communications, social media content). Brings in-depth knowledge of the business to develop communication strategies that align to business goals and serves as primary consultant/advisor to business leaders. Manages projects in coordination with cross-functional partners (e.g. Marketing, Human Resources, Digital & Technology, etc.), including global projects. Responsible for analytics and reporting of outcomes. May act as a primary contact for reporters. May serve as primary content developer for corporate social media channels. May have one or more direct reports.
