Senior Content Editor - Sports

The Chicago Tribune is seeking a senior content editor to help connect our digital sports audience to our outstanding sports coverage. The position will help to shape the department’s coverage strategy and execution while guiding writers and columnists with the needs of our audience in mind. This senior content editor is responsible for working on staff stories with strong headlines, curating the sports pages on chicagotribune.com promoting the work on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, alerting readers with push notification from several segments, crafting the daily sports newsletter, all while editing breaking news as well as longer features.
