Reporter

At Medtech Insight, part of Citeline, we have an exciting opportunity for a Reporter/Journalist to join our international editorial team and become part of an industry-leading pharma, medtech and consumer health intelligence business.

As Reporter, Europe, you will work with managing and senior editors to help evolve our EU regulatory and policy coverage. This will involve writing daily news and analysis for our audience of medtech business professionals and market experts, as well as interviews, features and other enterprise content. Your articles will cover developments in the European Union under the Medical Device Regulation, In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Regulation, and a growing number of other legislations and regulations with implications for medtech industry stakeholders (eg, AI Act, European Health Data Space, Cyber Resilience Act, etc.). Medical device reimbursement will be another key focus.

You will be asked to cover virtual and in-person industry events and contribute to Medtech Insight's podcasting and infographic work.

In this role you will be able to:

turn around daily assignments and, once up to speed, actively pitch stories on a regular basis;
cultivate expertise and contacts in key topic areas;
contribute as needed to daily proofreading and production; and
deliver personal key performance indicators.
