The Sales Engagement Strategy & Internal Marketing Communications Manager is a marketing professional who will strategically develop, create and execute on a Sales Engagement Strategy and Internal Communications plan to support Citi's Branch-based promotional campaigns using a multi-channel approach. This professional will be a member of the Branch Marketing team within the U.S. Consumer Marketing organization that is responsible for the strategy and execution of merchandising and collateral, and branch sales support for the Retail business. This colleague will work closely with the Sales organization and will partner closely with program managers on all communications. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
