As Wall Street reporter, you will be the eyes and ears for CoinDesk to uncover as well as cover what investment banks, brokerage firms and funds are doing regarding cryptocurrencies and blockchain as well as what trading strategies they’re using, and if they’re winning/losing relative to crypto native firms. By doing this you will ensure CoinDesk readers are fully up to date and that all content is accurate, punctual and written in CoinDesk style. The ideal candidate has at least four years of journalism experience, with at least half of that time spent covering Wall Street. Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and related technologies is a plus but not required. You are a self-starter with a track record of building a network of sources and using that network to break news and get scoops. You have an insatiable intellectual curiosity, a nose for news, a can-do/collaborative attitude and the ability to write clear, concise copy on tight deadlines.
