Freelance Commerce Content Update Editor, Verywell Fit

As a freelance commerce updates editor for Verywell Fit, you will review, revise, and edit existing commerce articles in our content management system in order to elevate user experience, according to specific project instructions and brand guidelines. Updates commerce editors must commit to 25 hours weekly.
About You:
You have a strong background in commerce writing with current industry knowledge.
You have experience writing and editing health-related content (specific experience in fitness is a plus).
You’re able to easily adopt an established brand voice, and you adhere to strict brand and style guidelines like a pro.
You have experience fact-checking health/fitness content and interviewing medical or health and wellness professionals if needed.
You’re comfortable working in a content management system and can work quickly, independently, and accurately.
Any fitness certifications (e.g. certified personal trainer, certified running coach, certified pilates instructor, certified yoga instructor,...) are a major plus.
You are comfortable working remotely.
