Smarkets is a peer-to-peer exchange platform for betting and trading on sport and politics. We operate two main consumer products - the Smarkets exchange and SBK sportsbook app - in the UK, US, and other global markets. As a member of our support team you’ll be the first point of contact for all Smarkets and SBK customers. You will interact and manage relationships with our customers through multiple channels, as well as ensure the site and our apps are live and accessible at all times. You’ll also play a key part in our product team, ensuring customer feedback is taken into account as we continue to grow and develop.
