Job profile:
We are currently seeking a talented and driven digital content producer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in delivering engaging digital content across our digital portfolio. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our digital business.
Key responsibilities:
Support CIG’s content teams and partners with the production, delivery and upload of digital content including images, articles, videos, podcasts, webinars and award microsites.
Ensure all stakeholders are updated on the delivery of digital content.
Check that content is being correctly displayed across all websites on PC, mobile and app. Fix any issues and liaise with the development team as required.
Manage our CMS, image and video libraries, menu manager and tag manager, working with developers and editors to ensure it meets our strategic goals.
Run CMS training for new CIG editors and partners
Work with the CIG editors to ensure digital procedures and content guidelines are adhered to.
Skills, knowledge, and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in digital media or relevant field.
A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer software that is related to web content, video and audio editing, and graphic design.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
