Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity to support the DHS CISA CSRB. The CSRB was established pursuant to the Executive Order 14028 on “Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity.” The team primarily supports the Stakeholder Engagement Division of CISA and its work in support of the administration of the Cyber Safety Review Board. The team shall assist the Government with strategy formulation, policy development, performance and project management, and technical support that SED requires to protect the homeland.

All positions will be required to work at least 1-2 days per week in the Arlington, VA office. Where telecommuting is approved, it will only be allowed from within the DC Metro commuting region.

The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Responsibilities:

Provide overall support to the Cyber Safety Review Board (CSRB) and associated subcommittees. This includes, but is not limited to, administrative and logistical support for meetings, working sessions, and other engagements, venue research, date deconfliction, agenda development, justification package development and routing, editing and formatting of slide decks, presentations and briefings, organization and review of read-ahead packages and support materials, drafting of notifications and announcements, note taking, day-of logistics, and development of written summaries.
Develop informational products for internal and external stakeholders in the form of fact sheets, reports, memos, and other products as necessary.
Assist in development of briefings for internal and external audiences, ensuring information is appropriate and in compliance with the current guidelines and policies and perform quality control to include editing documents for grammar, format, and content.
Track and monitor day-to-day official communications including task traffic, deadlines, and questions associated with the Board.
Assist the Board in coordinating draft responses, talking points, and other materials for use during working groups and other meetings.
Provide meeting management and logistics support relevant to the CSRB and its subcommittees to include drafting topic ideas, supporting coordination and routing of agendas, facilitating working group sessions on relevant study topics, facilitating interviews with relevant stakeholders, and drafting analytic summaries and recommendations for working group reports.

Qualifications:
Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Fitness

Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience

Required Skills:

Expertise developing, managing, and conducting briefings to executive leadership and critical stakeholders.
Expertise developing, managing, and disseminating official communications to executive leadership and critical stakeholders.
Experience providing oversight of management and program and project resources.
Experience reviewing work products and overseeing the development of Cyber deliverables, documentation, and reporting.
Knowledge of and experience implementing 508 compliance requirements.
Experience coordinating project timelines and milestones.
Experience in research, analysis and editing of technical materials.
