Common Ground is the flagship publication of Community Associations Institute. CAI represents homeowner leaders, community managers and the businesses that provide services to the millions of people who live and work in condominiums, cooperatives and other common interest communities worldwide. This quick turnaround assignment is in Boca Raton, Fla., and includes a site visit and interviewing the condo's manager, board members and others involved in the safety project. Taking photos on site is a plus. (iPhone pics are good.) This assignment could lead to others in the future.
