Condé Nast Commercial Creative (CNCC) is looking for a Cross Platform Producer to join the Branded Content team working across all UK titles including British Vogue, British GQ, WIRED and Condé Nast Traveller.
This role will oversee the production of complex, fast-paced projects working with the wider CNCC team, other key stakeholders around the business, clients and external crews. You will have experience working to high creative standards, have a sharp eye for detail and be competent creating and working to strict budgets.
Your day-to-day tasks will include pitch work, budgeting, pre-production, building crews, internal stakeholder management, client calls, being on-set for shoot days, post-production and final delivery. You will be expected to make process and budget efficiencies where possible and be an enthusiastic solutions-finder at all times.
This role will work cross-channel, producing stills and/or video content for print, digital, social channels, event coverage and longer-form video.
The Team
Conde Nast Commercial Creative is an all-purpose creative and delivery department, working closely with the commercial and editorial teams in category verticals (Style/Culture/Travel & Lifestyle/Homes). The CNCC team includes experts in
creative strategy, design and copywriting, video, digital and print production and project management.
What will you be doing?
Ensure content is produced to high creative standards across multiple platforms and will also be involved in the end-to-end production
Responsible for creating budget estimates for pitches
Ensure contracts, permits and agreements are in place pre-production and filed at the completion of project, or renewed as required.
Responsible for compliance of all shoots with company and local protocols.
Working with internal stakeholders
Commissioning - directors, photographers and production companies
On-set, duties include overall running of location/studio, coordination of all logistics including talent and client, green room, catering, managing the talent, crew on set/location.
Liaise with clients and the creative team to ensure projects run smoothly
Demonstrate strong financial management and an understanding of the budgets required to secure necessary elements per project.
Manage any necessary transportation requirements.
Experience in technical, operational and logistical production.
Be able to foster crew and vendor relationships to always expand the network.
Strong understanding of production and post-production workflow.
Manage small and larger scale projects across various channels.

Experience in both stills & video pre & post-production
Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
An impeccable and fierce attention to detail.
Familiar with camera equipment and other production specs.
You have proven qualities of adaptability and flexibility in coping with rapidly changing circumstances.
A knowledge of digital production processes and platform innovations
A proven track record in fast-paced environments
A proactive approach to new creative opportunities
Familiarity with creating content across multiple verticals including fashion, beauty, travel, auto, technology, lifestyle and sport.
Great communication and written skills.
