As the Executive Producer based in our London office, you will work on a wide variety of projects and content campaigns requiring 360 production expertise (photo, video, digital, print, social, web3, etc) for our global portfolio of brands. You will also oversee the production and post-production teams, supporting their projects, budgeting, and overall team management.

Reporting directly to the Global VP Head of Production & Activation, the Executive Producer will oversee a specialised production and post-production team on a variety of commercial campaigns with advertisers and Condé Nast’s global portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate is an experienced, senior producer with proven experience executing work that brings brands closer to culture. You have a strong passion for visual storytelling, and will apply a discerning point of view to our most valued advertising partners.

At Condé Nast, cross-functional collaboration is vital and success relies on “walking the walk” in both advertising and editorial settings. In partnership with the creative team, activation team, sales team and other internal partners, the Executive Producer will help ensure our productions tell a compelling story for both our advertising partners and Condé Nast brands. Of equal importance is a strong approach in budgeting, timelines and white-glove client service.

You will need to bring a sound base of cultural and creative references and a hard-working collaborative attitude to every project. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a smooth and efficient process across all projects while upholding Condé Nast’s brand voices, creative standards and codes throughout.

As this role will oversee the Production and Post-Production team, you will need to bring experience managing a team. You will be responsible for ensuring problems are solved, our best creativity is put forth and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the team.

The Team

This role will sit within the Global CNCC UK Production & Activation Team. The right candidate will have at least 10 years of experience with strong expertise in producing integrated marketing campaigns inclusive of video, stills, print, social and digital. The role will suit an all-round team player with a passion for delivering high-quality, engaging content through the lens of our Conde Nast brands.

What will you be doing?

Manage the production and post-production teams overseeing Global UK marketing campaigns

Drive the creation of the highest quality original creative content and narratives. Tell compelling stories as a producer across integrated campaigns

Advise and lead budget conversations during the pitch phase in partnership with the creative team

Ensure the team approaches clients with a Conde Nast white glove service mentality

Commissioning teams to deliver shoots

Ensure visual quality and accuracy of details are paramount throughout and appropriate for the brands involved

Work closely with Creative and Activation Teams to ensure campaign productions run smoothly, on budget, and on schedule

Budget management and oversight including processing invoices

Manage campaign timelines in partnership with activation and post-production teams

Manage multiple production jobs at the same time from concept, hiring, project planning, directors, casting, and post-production

Keeping a fresh roster of production partners in partnership with the creative team and through the lens of each editorial brand

Management of shoot days

Managing crew contracts and usage agreements

Management of deliverables to the post-production team

Understanding of key legal requirements, including rights relating to licensing, releases and contracts

Up-to-date knowledge on Health and Safety and insurance requirements

Experience of arranging carnets, visas and other international permissions

An experienced, creative integrated producer with 10+ years of experience

A strong knowledge and experience with branded content

A strategic thinker with a strong knowledge and understanding of global digital advertising

A proven track record and comprehensive knowledge of production for multiple platforms, with strong technical knowledge of production

Experience negotiating with production and talent representatives

Highly self-motivated, problem solver and willing to go the extra mile

Ability to excel within the dynamic demands of a rapidly growing team

A proven track record in high-level creative concepts

Experience of working with creative and commercial teams and managing expectations all round in a fast-paced environment

Excellent project management skills & interpersonal skills. An enthusiastic and personable team player with working in an office environment as part of a multi-disciplined team

Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects and other Adobe software

Knowledge of cameras and lighting kit
