The Media Solutions Specialist is a key member of Condé Nast’s Media Solutions team within the Revenue Operations organization. The Media Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting the lifecycle of digital campaigns. This is inclusive of everything from pitch through campaign wrap-up. This role is critical to the success of our digital campaigns and is directly responsible for media planning, order booking, analyzing reporting, campaign optimizations and facilitating billing & invoice generation. The Media Solutions team works most closely with the Pricing & Inventory, Client Services, Ad Ops, Enterprise Innovation and Billing teams.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitate the RFP process internally, from media plan generation, to order entry, campaign optimizations, execution & billing
Create and maintain strategic, KPI driven media plans with budget summaries to track deal health
Partner with the Pricing & Yield team on campaign reporting, pacing and performance analysis
Facilitate campaign trafficking, creative asset collection & delivery, optimizations and the managing of campaign reporting for clients in collaboration with Ad Operations
Work with Account Managers in advising clients on the best ways to integrate our proprietary media offerings into their advertising and marketing programs
Attend weekly meetings with account team to discuss the status of campaigns and address any issues
Internally manage the fulfillment of client questions, respond to inventory & ad spec requests, traffic campaigns, troubleshoot issues, facilitate optimizations
Analyze and request buffer adjustments to keep campaigns on pace to fulfill delivery goals
Work with the billing team to provide billable delivery data to ensure timely billing accuracy and drive invoice generation
Execute campaign modifications, such as processing incremental spends, cancellations, and targeting or flight date revisions in order management system
Assist with data and build for campaign wrap reports
