The Role

The Visuals Editor will be expected to research images for print and all digital, social and video platforms in the local market, as well as contributing to global content. The ability to work across markets (and time zones) is important and speed and accuracy are a must, experience with digital asset management systems as well as content management systems is a bonus. The Visuals Editor will collaborate with other CNT visual editors to contribute to editorial stories and packages across platforms (digital, print, social, video, podcast etc).

The successful candidate will be able to successfully and calmly juggle multiple responsibilities across print, digital and video, will have a desire to learn, experiment and explore creative ideas to drive numbers, engagement and revenue. They will be able to maintain the high visual standard for which Conde Nast Traveller is renowned.

This role reports into Visuals Director on a daily basis and ultimately into the Global Visuals Director

What will you be doing?

Research and manage images for CNT print issues

Liaise with Business Affairs and the Global Content Manager over image rights

Management of visual assets for digital and print

Supporting the global pictures department

Administrative responsibilities including budgets and invoicing

Who you are?

A good visual aesthetic and attention to detail

Strong and adaptable research skills across a variety of travel, luxury and lifestyle subjects

Experience in using content management and digital asset systems

An established network of photographers and contacts within the travel and luxury industries
