This is done through our industry-first pricing decision intelligence platform, hx Renew. A web-based SaaS solution, hx Renew has been carefully engineered to let users build and deploy mathematical models that can then be used to harness the power of complex data sets, while at the same time enhancing their own technical skillset.
We are currently applying this to specialty insurance pricing and reinsurance. hx Renew has already solved a great number of deeply complex problems for its users, including how to insure a Space X launch! This involved wrangling all manner of weird and wonderful, fragmented datasets to calculate the risk of any possible obstacle and outcome, right from the astronauts’ arrival at the launchpad to the rocket breaking through each layer of earth's atmosphere and then a safe return to Earth, accounting for every potential obstacle along the way - including space debris!
We are currently partnered with some of the largest and most cutting-edge names in specialty and enterprise insurance today, and our client base is growing rapidly. Over the last 2 years we have grown from a 15-person start-up to a 100-person, post-Series A scale-up with teams in London at The Ministry, Borough, and Warsaw at Brain Embassy, Czackiego.
Your mission
Marketing was introduced as a function last year, and we’re now looking for a bold and creative content and communications manager to help us bring our messages to life. You will be tasked with crafting stories and managing the execution of our content strategy across channels to support the full B2B buying cycle. The content and comms you devise and create will help us build a bold and inspiring brand. It will help educate a historically sluggish market about the art and science of intelligent decision making in the 21st Century.

Key Responsibilities
Developing bold ideas and managing the creation and distribution of all kinds of content and media. This includes briefing and working with creative freelancers as needed
Draft and edit articles, handbooks, scripts, infographics etc and ghost-write on behalf of internal subject matter experts
Write and edit short(er)form copy, including social media posts and emails, so that our communications always stick to hyperexponential’s tone of voice
Conduct regular research into the themes and topics that customers are interested in to inform content development and help iterate the content strategy. This includes conducting interviews, attending industry events, and building relationships with internal and external subject matter experts
Work with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to create case studies and press releases to showcase the impact hyperexponential is making
Measure and report on the performance of content across channels, to help figure out what’s working and what to do next
Skills & Experience
3+ years of professional experience producing marketing content demonstrated with writing samples and/or a portfolio of work:
Short-form copy and content for web and social
Long-form content such as blog posts, case studies and whitepapers, press releases
Video and audio samples and scriptwork
Skilled at authoring creative, concise content under tight deadlines
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Incredible writing and editing skills - with the ability to adapt your tone of voice for various audiences and media formats
Strong research skills, including interviews, desk-based research, survey analysis
Obsessive attention to detail
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Proven experience measuring effectiveness of marketing content to drive leads and sales
Initial Deliverables
Audit and edit our existing written content to align tone of voice, style guidelines, and quality consistency
Manage the creation and distribution of thought leadership and related assets that powers our content campaigns engine
Lead the ideation and production of video and written content that helps explain hyperexponential’s products and points of view - including case studies
Write and edit comms and support the management of PR activities
Be a key stakeholder in the development of new website content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions
