Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Content Coordinator & Copywriter to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and outreach. As a Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing various types of copy and content to engage our audience, generate leads, and support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize chat GPT to transform video and audio content recorded by Makhosi into compelling weekly emails and social media content for Instagram and YouTube.
Develop sales page and website content to enhance our online presence and drive conversions.
Management social media engagement - comments and direct messages
Collaborate closely with the marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Integrator and COO.
Possess a strategic marketing mindset with experience in lead generation and conversion strategies.
Analyze content performance to ensure effectiveness, providing recommendations and solutions for continuous improvement.
Create engaging graphics to complement and support the content you produce.
Demonstrate expertise in keywords and SEO practices to ensure our content resonates with the right target audience.
Prior experience in the personal development industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar content coordination role.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proficient in chat GPT technology and content creation tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Canva design tools and principles.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
A passion for personal development and self-improvement is a plus.
