Content Coordinator / Features Reporter

The Green Valley News and Sahuarita Sun serve Southern Arizona, and we need somebody with a track record who's willing to tackle print, online, video, photo and social media.
Candidates must have at least two years' experience in a newsroom, with experience writing news and features.
We cover two communities with twice weekly (Green Valley) and weekly (Sahuarita) newspapers and 24/7 web and social media coverage. We have a M-F newsletter that's funny and interesting and popular (over a 50 percent open rate), and you'd be contributing. We also built our own social media site, NABUR, with a Google grant.
We use Blox CMS (Content Management System by Town News) for writing and posting online. Knowledge of this system is a plus but it's easy to pick up.
