Content Writer's responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, and proofreading articles before publication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics,
Generate ideas for new content composition Write engaging content and ensure that it adheres to SEO standards
Proofread the articles before publication
Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, pictures, fonts, and tones in the content.
Research industry-related topics by combining web sources, interviews, and studies.
Research and analyze top SEO content topics
QC content to ensure it is free of grammatical or factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency.
Research and write long-form content on various relevant topics
Publish content on various platforms and analyze traffic performance
Research and evaluate competitor marketing with a focus on content
Plan and execute various SEO tasks
Prepare reports on project performance
Come up with process improvement initiatives and implement them
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.This includes (but is not limited to) developing copy and subject lines, designing email templates, building email lists, and more.
Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI, make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices
Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication with customers to build loyal relationships and minimize unsubscribes
Work with leadership to determine goals; report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
Maintain email database
Upgrade email sends through sourced graphics, customization, calls-to-action, and additional advanced features
Ensure emails follow industry standards and privacy policies
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Carry a medical certification or license of some form
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
Portfolio of published articles
Medical content writing experience
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Familiarity with web publications
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
Ability to meet deadlines
BS in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.
Outstanding writing and editing skills in English for a B2B as well as B2C audience.
